We are so excited to announce that we are officially moved into our first office! So far, Liquid Luck has been working in coffee shops, remotely from our homes, and mostly out of Ian & Lauryn's personal home. At the beginning of the year, we made a commitment to have an office by the end of 2018. Honestly, we didn't think we'd be able to hit that mark because offices are CRAZY expensive anywhere in Denver (We're talking $600 minimum for one desk in a coworking space 😱). But we told ourselves it was going to happen even if we didn't know how and we believed it!
And only a few months later, we were in a new space! When we weren't even looking, a family friend told us about an available building in downtown Denver. Within a week, we had an agreement signed and keys in hand! It happened so fast we can hardly believe it. Check out the photos below of our adventure!
We are now at the Leonard Rice building at 1221 Auraria Parkway, Denver. We have beautiful window views with two open rooms. Our 5 desks overlook the CU Denver campus (alumni nostalgia) as well as the theater and convention center on Speer. We have endless amounts of free coffee, free internet, and conference rooms! Directly behind us is the Pepsi Center and the 16th Street Mall is a 5-minute walk for some of the most amazing eats in the state. We seriously don't know how we got this lucky!
